Today in Malaysia Drug Addiction has become a serious problem and the addicts range between the age of 19 and 39.According to the National Drug Agency ( ADK ) more than 300,000 addicts were registered. the common Drugs in Malysia are : Marijuana(ganja ), Opiates ( heroin, Morphine, cando), Hallucinogens ( LSD, cocain), Amphetamine ( peep pills, ecstacy ) and inhalants (Glue and gumsniffing).
2. Child Abuse : 'Seven children are abused everyday in Malaysia.' According to UNICEF most of the child abusers in Malaysia are Parents, Immediate family members, Relatives or Foster Parents. The most common child abuse in Malaysia is Neglect folowed by Physical abuse and Sexual abuse. And the death toll among children is increasing beause lack of care and supervision.
3. Vandalisim : As it is said on National Express Malaysia, millions of rinngets are being spent annually to repair damaged public property. thats should tell h0w seriosu the problem is in Malaysia, as a result According toThe Star the Government wants to implement a Vandalism Act. Most vandals target public Facilities like, public phones,garbage bins, lifts, bus shelters etc...
4. Moral Degradation : Morality is subjective, what is right today was wrong yesterday or days back or vice versa. and thats what Malaysia is somehow battaling. Especially the Country being a muslim country at times some rules are islamic however they may not apply to others, and if forcefully implemented causes rifts among the citizens.
5. Juvenile Deliquency and crime : In Malaysia has become serious and it is going out of hand. The most common activities are Rape, Armed Robberies, Snatching, Housebreaking and vehicle theft.
